The dedicated staff at Dross Countryside Insurance work hard to make sure your insurance needs are taken care of quickly.
I started my insurance career in 1990 and became leader of the operation in 1998. I am an insurance legal language geek and have attained my CIC professional designation. I am relentless in my efforts to educate clients and shepherd them through insurance difficulties. I am totally committed to my family and in my spare time I love hunting, skiing, and generally anything that involves playing with my 2 daughters.
I have been working in the insurance industry for 27 years. Working in an agency where we are able to offer several different companies to meet the needs of each person and/or family has been my greatest experience. I enjoy working with folks educating them on insurance and the protection it provides them whether it is for their vehicles, home, boats and other toys as well as life insurance.
After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Psychology I decided to make a career change into insurance in 1994. I began my insurance career in equine insurance as an independent claims adjuster in the heart of horse country, Lexington, Kentucky. I moved to Wisconsin in 2000 and became a licensed agent and Certified Insurance Service Representative. I earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 2018. I have worked in both personal lines and commercial lines. My focus here at Dross Countryside is commercial insurance. I enjoy developing partnerships with business owners to determine the best coverage for their needs and help them navigate the often murky waters of insurance.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking with my German Shorthair Pointer Milo, home gardening projects and getting together with friends.
With a background in customer service I strive to provide the best possible experience with every person I speak to. I absolutely love the day to day participation with each client and helping them find the most comprehensive coverage that meets their needs. Being able to learn something new every day is also my motto. The best thing in my life is my family. In my spare time, I like to get outdoors and spend time on the water or nature trail!
I started in the Insurance industry in 1994, becoming fully licensed in 1998. At work, I take pride in getting to know our clients – this is my favorite part of the job! This not only helps me to better understand their individual needs, but also build stronger relationships. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as doing community service with our church.
